Terms and Conditions
1. Prices

All equipment and objects are rented based on the price valid at the time the contract was concluded. All prices mentioned are plus 7% insurance
premium on the net rental price and plus the statutory sales tax applicable at the time the contract is concluded.
The rental price shown is the smallest calculation unit for 24 hours. An early return does not entitle to a reduction in the rental price.
The rental price is valid from/to business premises Rua da Nau Catrineta 1A, 1990-83 Lisboa


2. Collection and delivery

All devices are provided to the customer from the office. The customer is responsible for collection and delivery and therefore bears the transport risk.
At the customer's request, PG organizes transport or shipping. The customer bears all kinds of transport and shipping costs. 


3. Rental period

The rental period is the determinated day and hour as agreed in the contract. In case of a delayed return the additional time will be
add to the rental period, regardless of the actual use.

The rental fees are only calculated according to full daily rates. Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and open days are fully charged. Reductions or
extensions of the rental period are only effective through a written confirmation.

With the return of the equipment and vehicles, we do not confirm integrity. We expressly reserve the right to check the devices in detail and to report any defects and losses (shortages) up to four weeks after return.

PG charges flat-rate cancellation fees when the customer withdraws from the contract. Withdrawal up to 3 days before the order date is possible free of charge. The cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price for a cancellation from 2 days before the date of the order
(rental costs plus additional services and VAT) and 100% for cancellation on the day the rental begins.
In case the damage be compensated by another customer, only the remaining costs will be charged.
The withdrawal from the contract must be declared in writing.


4. Insurance

The customer bears the risk of loss (theft) from handover and is liable for negligence or intent of damage.
If the customer intends to use it under high risk circumstances (e.g. photographs in the air, in the water or in the mountains),
the customer is obliged to inform PG in advance and to prove additional risk insurance.
The flat rate of 7% insurance premium does not include such risks.
A deductible of EUR 450.00 applies per insured event.
PG advises the customer that flash generators must not be operated on voltage-stabilized current generators.
The tenant is also responsible for a trouble-free power supply and is liable for damage to the device caused by power interruption or fluctuations. Damage caused by moisture is also not insured.



5. Customer liability

The customer is obliged to ensure the completeness and functionality of rental items in accordance with the contract.
All recognizable defects and shortages must be reported immediately. If no notification is given, the rented item is considered to be accepted free
of defects.
The customer is obliged to ensure that the rental objects are protected from damage and are only used for the stated purpose
during transport, installation, assembly and operation.
The customer is liable for all participants working with the equipment during the rent. All repairs to the rental objects that become necessary during
the rental period are at the expense of the customer, even if these have been commissioned by PG.
PG is not liable for direct or indirect damage to the devices as a result of malfunctions and / or failures. The customer is neither exempt from paying
the rental fee in the event of a delayed or late notification of defects, nor is he entitled to a reduction in rent.


6. Payment terms

All invoices are due and payable upon return of the rental property.
Payment deferrals require special agreements and written confirmation.
Invoices are payable immediately without deduction.
PG is entitled to demand a deposit equal to the market value of the devices when the rental objects are picked up.


7. Place of jurisdiction / place of performance


Lisbon is the agreed place of performance and jurisdiction for all deliveries and services. Changes or additions must be made in writing.
